General Provision


THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS, I.E., RETURN POLICY, TERMS OF USE, ALONG WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY AND ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS, CONDITIONS, OR RULES POSTED TO A PARTICULAR AREA OF THE SITE/SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, “TERMS”), SET FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS GOVERNING YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES. 


By choosing to access our services, you fully acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms, regulations, and policies contained in these terms by using the site or using the services, herein incorporated bound by our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. 


Should you not affirm the provisions or wish not to be bound, you may NOT use the site nor avail of the services provided by Call Media Group.  


In our sole and absolute discretion, we may alter the terms and conditions from time to time, as we reserve the right to make modifications to any of the terms, site, or services at any time, without notice or obligation. 


Further, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by any such updates by using the site or using the services. 


THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A COURT HEARING OR JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. ARBITRATION IS MANDATORY AND THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY AND ALL DISPUTES UNLESS SPECIFIED BELOW OR UNLESS YOU OPT-OUT.



Return Policy


Call Media Group connects you with high-intent commercial and consumer leads acquired from a verified multichannel network or manual validation and screening processes. All the services offered on the Site (such as Live Transfers and Appointment Setting) are covered by our lead accountability return policy which allows you 10 business days to request the credit value of the lead to be returned to your account.


Should a lead provided by our team misses, we can credit your account a FULL CREDIT VALUE FOR EVERY INDIVIDUAL LEAD, provided of the following reasons: 

  • All numbers provided are disconnected, fax or wrong number
  • Lead is a duplicate already received from Call Media Group within the past 30 days
  • Contact is another agent testing the system
  • Contact is a student researching a school project
  • Upon initial inspection, the contact information is incorrect (Mickey Mouse, asdf, etc.)
  • A language barrier exists with the contact
  • The contact did not request a quote
  • As part of your Service Plan, you will be able to return: Consumers insured by my primary carrier.

Log into your online account or dashboard to return a lead for credit, and then choose the lead you would like to be refunded. Select the proper cause for producing the information.


You may also directly contact our support or helpdesk, following the same procedures of reporting a failed lead: address the information you ought to return, and state the appropriate reason covered by our return policy. 


Please wait up to ten business days for a credit lead to be processed. Credits for leads returned under the Return Policy are promptly credited to your account balance and are redeemable for future lead deliveries.


Please keep in mind that we can only give credit for the reasons mentioned above. Any other situations beyond our Return Policy clause cannot be guaranteed refundable.  All purchases are non-refundable. 



Access and Use of the Services 


You signify that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, that you are a resident of the United States of America, and that you agree to these Terms by downloading, accessing, or using the Website. When submitting information through the Website, you undertake to follow all existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and you agree to provide only accurate, correct, relevant, and reliable information (including updates to it). 


You may only use the Website under this Agreement. You may not interfere with, intercept electronic information posted on this Website or any of our systems, or use the Website for any fraudulent, illicit, or improper purpose. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to change, modify, or remove all or any part of the Website, as well as restrict or block access to it at any time and for any reason.

All content is our property or the domain of our software vendors, and it is protected by copyright laws in the United States and around the world. Thereby, you may not copy, distribute, disseminate, transmit, publish, or use the Content for any purpose other than non-commercial purposes without our prior written permission.


Account Information 


You agree that all information you provide in your account or dashboard is truthful and with integrity. Upon registration, you may be needed to give us personal identifying information, insurance, car and residence information, medical and health history information, and financial information to utilize certain services fully. If you send your information to us, you must provide accurate, current, complete, and reliable information and not falsify your identity. You also agree to keep your records up to date and update them if they alter. 



Electronic Communications 


You are communicating with us electronically when you visit the Website, submit information, or send us an email. You agree to receive electronic messages from us. We may contact you by postal mail, email, or announcements posted on the Website. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that by clicking on the buttons labeled “SUBMIT,” “DOWNLOAD,” “I ACCEPT,” “GET QUOTES,” ANY LINK THROUGH WHICH YOU SUBMIT CONTACT INFORMATION,” or such similar links as Call Media Group may designate to accept these terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are submitting a legally binding electronic signature and entering a legally binding contract. Finally, you acknowledge that your electronic submissions constitute your agreement and intent to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. 



Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liabilities 


Call Media Group hereto foregoes any liabilities beyond our binding clauses and provisions. We make no representations or warranties of any kind that extend beyond the description on the face of the website. The content and all services are provided to you “as is” and “as available.” we make no representations or warranties of any kind that extend beyond the description on the face of the website. We do not make and expressly disclaim any representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the content’s accuracy, correctness, completeness, or services.  We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that the website is free from any viruses, worms, trojan horses, trap doors, back doors, easter eggs, time bombs, cancelbots or other code or computer programming routines that contain contaminating or destructive properties or that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. We do not make any representations, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding any quotes or offers provided by service providers, and any implied warranty is disclaimed. WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO, OR LIABLE TO, YOU, OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE OR BUSINESS, AS A DIRECT OR INDIRECT RESULT OF: (I) YOUR BREACH OR VIOLATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT; (II) YOUR ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES; (III) YOUR DELAY IN ACCESSING OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES FOR ANY REASON; (IV) YOUR DOWNLOADING OF ANY OF THE CONTENT OR THE COLLECTIVE WORK FOR YOUR USE; (V) THE ACTIONS OR INACTION OF SERVICE PROVIDERS.
